工作职责
- 组织本地活动,促进品牌和传播;
- 维护本地活动日历、计划和清晰的活动报告;
- 根据目标和目标受众设计和执行不同形式的活动;
- 根据活动主题和需求,进行场地选择、搭建、材料和场地设计、供应商协调;管理各个环节,完美看透流程;
- 与公司内部和外部团队 / 联系人沟通,邀请合适的嘉宾,并以不同有吸引力的形式组织会议;
Responsible for
- Organize local (North America) events to promote brand and communication;
- Maintain local events calendarization, planning and clear campaign reporting;
- Designing and executing different forms of events based on goals and target audience;
- According to the events theme and needs, site selection, set up, material and venue design, and supplier coordination are carried out;manage all aspects and see through the process perfectly;
- Communicate with the company's internal and external teams/contacts to invite suitable guests and organize conference sessions in different attractive formats;
任职要求
- 英语母语或流利是必须的;
- 有整合营销活动工作经验;
- 1 年以上活动组织经验;
- 有对加密市场的整体理解;
- 对品牌推广和业务关系建立有良好的理解。
- 有社群管理和网红达人营销经验者优先;
- 中文可用是一个加分项;
Requirements
- Native or fluent in English is a MUST;
- Experience working with integrated marketing events;
- Over 1 year of event organization experience;
- Understanding of the crypto market in general;
- Good understanding of branding and business relationship building;
- Experience in Community management and influencer marketing is a plus;
- Chinese available is a plus;
