我们正在寻找想在 VC 领域探索的学生，他们希望在 Web3 和风险投资行业获得宝贵的经验。现在申请加入我们的 OP 春/夏实习生计划：这是一个约六个月的全职/兼职计划，提供 5 种不同的工作方向，发掘最适合您的 Web3 职业路径。

关于 OP Crypto

OP 风险投资基金一期是一支规模超 5,000 万美元的风险投资基金，致力于投资 Web3 领域的早期（种子前和种子轮）项目，覆盖包括 DeFi、Metaverse/GameFi、DAO 和基础设施层在内的多元赛道。基金背靠火币、Bybit、Galaxy Vision Hill、Digital Currency Group 和 Republic 等一线机构的支持及注资，同时得到许多知名加密原生天使投资人的投资。基金团队在加密货币领域拥有丰富的经验，既是资深投资者也是实力派用户。核心团队位于美国，与亚太地区有着紧密的联系，作为连接东西方之间的桥梁。此外，专门的投资组合团队为早期项目提供投后支持，包括市场推广、代币经济学设计和社交网络维护等。

OP 春/夏实习生岗位包括：Operations、Portfolio Management、Deals、Research、Fund of Funds Operations。

Operations

• Develop and execute strategies and processes to improve fund operations

• Timeously support inquiries from fund investors (investor relations)

• Support fund operations and interact directly with COO

Portfolio Management

• Support portfolio companies with various functional support areas

• Maintain relationships with builder communities and service providers

• Track token vesting and listing schedule

Deals

• Conduct initial project due diligence

• Maintain and monitor internal deal pipeline

• Participate in deal sourcing (Demo Days, Hackathons and Ecosystem Deals)

Research

• Draft in-depth industry and vertical research

• Develop quantitative and qualitative research processes to identify latest trends, market changes and industry innovations

Fund of Funds Operations

• Maintain resource repository and liaise with third-party services

• Support manager and LP communications (Investor Relations)

• Conduct initial fund manager due diligence

• Source potential LPs
