平台资金审核审计 ｜ 清算结算 ｜ 结算会计

岗位职责

• 制定现有及新业务的清结算操作相关制度及工作流程，并组织实施
• 完成日常清结算工作，并负责小组成员的清结算复核工作（如有）
• 根据业务发展带领分析小组对各业务项目进行经营性分析，持续挖掘影响经营性的指标，识别经营性风险及提出规避方案
• 配合产品设计，对现有及新产品中涉及的清结算流程提出专业意见
• 负责平台交易系统日常运营问题的收集整理，提交优化改进建议，并验收IT系统相关功能
• 负责规划、组织清结算人员的培训工作

职位要求

• 学历：全日制本科（含）以上，财务、审计、统计、金融类专业
• 工作经验：3年以上区块链清结算工作经验，其中1年以上清结算经理/主管岗位经验
• 能力：熟悉清结算业务流程；较强的风险敏感度，能够识别风险点并提出改进意见
• 团队合作：具有良好的团队协作精神，较强的沟通能力和服务意识。有较强的领导力、亲和力、组织能力是加分项
