Requirements

• Maintain roadmaps across multiple products within the EOS ecosystem.
• Document technical requests for proposals to improve the EOS ecosystem.
• Support ENF grant framework application process communications and operations.
• Manage health metrics across several product streams.
• Process and analyze user feedback.
• Document key support materials including technical release notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or product management or relevant work history.
• 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager.
• Understanding of fundamentals of product management.
• Ability to work independently on multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in software management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana). We use GitHub Projects.
• Proficiency with Google Docs.
• Coachable, growth mindset.
• Flexibility with shifting priorities in a startup environment.

Bonus

• Basic understanding of blockchain technology.
• Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency industry.
• Design Thinking experience.
• Proficiency in GitHub.
• Previous experience managing open source projects.
