岗位职责

• 负责公司品牌相关的创意设计工作，完善、提升公司品牌视觉形象；
• 参与公司品牌VI、运营活动、营销推广、社交媒体等需求的平面视觉设计；
• 了解行业设计趋势，与团队分享设计相关观察、总结。

岗位要求

• 3年以上平面、品牌相关设计经验，具有海外设计工作或项目经验为加分项；
• 有良好的创意思维和审美，优秀的平面能力和视觉表现，能够灵活把控多种风格，可以做出符合活动特点的风格设计；
• 精通Adobe Illustrator、Adobe PhotoShop、Figma等平面设计软件，会AE/3D是加分项；
• 具有线上和线下的设计经验，清楚线上线下物料的基本原则，根据不同需求的不同应用场景，转换设计形式；
• 具有较强的理解、领悟能力、工作协调能力和创造力，可迅速理解公司业务需求，迅速转化为有创意设计作品。
