岗位职责：

参与构建和优化基于 Rust 的虚拟机执行环境。
开发和维护支持智能合约运行的中间件组件。
实现和集成区块链账户模型和系统调用接口，以支持智能合约的运行。

参与开发 API 接口，实现合约的提交、执行结果的存储与检索。

任职要求：

精通 Rust 编程语言，具备系统级开发能力。
熟悉 Solana 开发体系（包括 SVM / BPF 等）。
理解虚拟机底层原理，具备 Wasm / RISC-V / sBPF 等开发经验。
熟悉 Polkadot Substrate / PolkaVM 等架构及其运行机制。
有中间件、执行环境或 Layer2 / Rollup 项目经验者优先。
具备优秀的远程协作能力和自我驱动能力。

加分项：

有 AI Agent、FHE、ZK、TEE、Copilot Network 等执行环境接入经验。

【岗位 1】智能合约工程师

职位描述：
工作形式：深圳线下办公

岗位职责：

设计并实现双代币（ERC-20）+ 质押 + 锁仓 + 分销等核心合约，保障可升级性 & Gas 优化。
为 EVM 合约编写全面测试（Foundry/Hardhat + fuzzing），输出 Slither/Mythril 报告。
驱动第三方审计（Trail of Bits/SlowMist 等），修复安全漏洞。
开发链下脚本（Node/Go/Python）实现部署、参数配置与治理流程。
与产品 / 前后端紧密协作，确保业务与链上逻辑一致，输出技术文档与使用手册。

任职要求：

2 年以上 Solidity 开发经验，深刻理解 EVM、Storage Layout、重入 / 整数溢出。
熟悉 OpenZeppelin、ERC 标准、Proxy 升级模式（UUPS、Beacon 等）。

【任务 1】用 Solidity 在 SOON 主网 SVM 开发稳定币

1. 概述
$CASH 是一個基于 EVM 的去中心化升息稳定币，旨在提供稳定的加密货币投资选择，并通过质押 CASH 获得收益。其核心功能包括：

接受多种稳定币存款：USDe（Ethena Labs）、USD0（Usual Money）、mUSD（Manta Network）、lvlUSD（Level Finance）。
发行 $CASH：一种与美元 1:1 锚定的 ERC-20 代币，可即使提现成 USD0、lvlUSD、mUSD、USDe。
质押 sCASH：用戶可质押 CASH 获得 sCASH，sCASH 提供收益，解除质押需 7 天冷静期，收益来自等量底层稳定币的质押收益（加权 APY 扣除 1%）。

2. 目标
稳定性：通过全额抵押品管理和价格监控，维持 CASH 与美元 1:1 的锚定。
收益生成：通过质押 CASH 获得 sCASH，提供来自等量底层稳定币质押的收益（扣除 1%）以及 sCASH staking 的 0.5%。

Requirement：

2+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Web3, DeFi, fintech, or related tech startups.

Analytical and structured thinking – capable of breaking down complex systems and communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication skills – strong in both written and verbal formats; capable of managing stakeholders and conveying vision.
Product intuition – a deep sense of what makes DeFi products successful from both B2B and retail perspectives.
Adaptability & ownership – thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; takes initiative and sees things through.
